Food & Cooking
I mostly eat really healthy food — such as a lot of raw vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds. But I have a sweet tooth! Cooking demos show all kinds of food. My rule-of-thumb is, “If I make it, it has to be delicious and it has to be easy!”

Cabbage “Salad”
This is a “salad” that resembles sauerkraut, but it’s much healthier. It has live enzymes and is a natural probiotic. And it’s easy to make!
Watermelon Gazpacho Soup
Usually tomato-based, this watermelon gazpacho soup is a delicious cold soup for summer. It is a savory soup, not sweet, due to the other ingredients. You can make it as spicy as you like. My basic recipe in this video is only lightly spicy.
Raw Zucchini Spaghetti
You will need a spiralizer to make this amazing raw spaghetti!
Chocolate & Banana Chia Pudding
Remember “Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia”? Those same seeds are edible. I use them in smoothies.
I also make a pudding out of them. See me make it in this video:

Make Your Own Almond Milk:
Healthy Smoothie recipe
(This one is more advanced than the beginner smoothie — it has more nutritious ingredients):
Green Smoothie
Green smoothies are very nutritious, bringing alkaline greens in to your diet. Change up the greens from week to week. Spinach has the least taste. Greens such as kale and dandelion greens are more bitter, so when including them I also add dates or honey.
Dairy-free Milkshake
This is actually an “ice cream-free” milkshake with an ingredients that gives it the consistency of a milkshake. You can use whatever type of milk you want — cow, almond, soy, etc. The secret is a frozen banana! You will need a blender for this recipe.
Vegan Mayonnaise
I got this recipe from Mimi Kirk. If you like mayo but want to go vegan, this is a good option.
How to Cook Corn on the Cob
(Many people over-cook corn on the cob, making it soggy and not-so-tasty. I show you here a simple way to make it that turns out delicious!):
How to Make Microwave Popcorn
This is an easy and cheap way to make popcorn. It’s also much healthier than the microwave popcorn you can buy at the store!
